Under her leadership, Southern Tide has experienced significant growth and expanded brand relevance, guided by a people-first philosophy and a focus on authentic purpose. Her leadership approach centers on building strong teams and cultivating a culture rooted in integrity, creativity, and regional pride.

Beyond her role at Southern Tide, Campbell serves as an adviser to the Junior League of Greenville and sits on the boards of the University of South Carolina’s Retail and Hospitality Program, the Metropolitan Arts Council, and the Greenville Sports Foundation. She is also the president-elect of the College of Charleston Upstate Alumni Association.
