 What is Shop Pay Installments?

Shop Pay Installments allow you to split your purchase into manageable payments. You can choose between four interest-free bi-weekly installments or monthly payments over three, six, or twelve months with interest.

How do I use Shop Pay Installments?

At checkout, select Shop Pay Installments as your payment method. You’ll be prompted to choose your preferred installment plan and provide some basic information for approval. Please note that all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Shop Pay Installments, with a total value between $50 and $10,000.

Where can I use Shop Pay Installments?

Shop Pay Installments can be applied to purchases made on the southerntide.com website or to purchases in Southern Tide retail locations.

Can I use Shop Pay Installments if I have an international credit card?

Shop Pay Installments is only offered to our customers who have a U.S. billing address, U.S. shipping address, a major U.S. credit or debit card, and a U.S. mobile phone number. Customers with international billing addresses, shipping addresses, and/or phone numbers will not be able to set up an account with Shop Pay Installments. Please note all southerntide.com orders MUST ship to a U.S. shipping address.

How does the payment schedule work?

All customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining payments deducted every two weeks, or monthly, from your chosen payment method. If you choose to make additional payments before your scheduled pay dates, you may do so through your Shop Pay account. You can log in to your Shop Pay account to view your payment schedule or make a payment before the due date if you choose to do so.

Are there any interest fees?

Four bi-weekly installments are interest-free. Monthly payment plans (three, six, or twelve months) may include interest, which will be clearly disclosed at checkout. There are no late fees. 

When will my items be delivered if I use Shop Pay Installments?

Shop Pay Installments orders are delivered as per our standard shipping time frame after you complete your order online.

What products are not eligible for Shop Pay Installments?

The total purchase amount must fall within the minimum and maximum limits set by Shop Pay Installments. If the order amount is too low or too high, the option may not be available. Shop Pay Installments is not available on purchases of gift cards, subscriptions, or products restricted by Southern Tide. If you are purchasing gift cards along with Shop Pay Installments eligible products, you will need to place two separate orders.

What happens if I need to return an item?

You can initiate your return online or contact Southern Tide Customer Support for assistance. Once the return is processed, your installment payments will be automatically adjusted. If the refund amount is less than the remaining balance, your payments will be reduced. If the refund exceeds the balance, the excess amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Who do I contact if I have issues with my installment payments?

For any issues related to your installment payments, you can contact Shop Pay Support through the Shop Pay app or the Shop Pay website. For returns and exchanges, visit us online

How do I manage my Shop Pay Installments?

You can manage your Shop Pay Installments, view your payment schedule, and make early payments through your Shop Pay account online or via the Shop Pay app.
