    White sailor pant

    I bought a blue pair and a white pair of Sailor pants that were on sale and I also bought another pair of pants that were shipped separately. Unlike the other pants the Sailor pants were not in a bag and when I opened up the packaging the part of the button just fell out of the bag onto the floor, the white pants have stains on them and both pair of pants the buttons were loose on a couple of them and also someone had already partially opened the pockets. The pockets are sewn shut sometimes and you open them yourself someone else had done that. I am flabbergasted and so extremely disappointed. It is obvious that someone returned both of these items because they were defective and then they went ahead and tried to sell them again on sale. Can you return sale items. If not I just waisted my money. Wish I could put pictures on here.
