Southern Tide Returns as Official Lifestyle Apparel Sponsor of the Dominion Energy Charity Classic

Henrico, Va. — October 2025 Southern Tide proudly returned as the Official Lifestyle Apparel Sponsor of the Dominion Energy Charity Classic (DECC) in October 2025, marking its second consecutive year supporting the premier PGA Tour Champions event held at the Country Club of Virginia’s James River Course.

The Dominion Energy Charity Classic, hosted annually in the Richmond and Henrico, Virginia area, serves as the first of three events in the PGA Tour Champions Charles Schwab Cup Playoffs. The tournament brings together many of the sport’s top senior professional golfers and has become a staple fall sporting event in the Mid-Atlantic region. The 2025 edition marked the 10th anniversary of the tournament, celebrating a decade of championship golf and community impact.

Throughout tournament week, Southern Tide brought its signature blend of classic style and coastal spirit to the course. The brand hosted a dedicated pop-up retail shop, offering attendees curated apparel selections designed for golf and everyday wear. Southern Tide also extended its presence into the Champions Club hospitality experience at the 17th green, connecting with guests in one of the tournament’s premier viewing areas.

The Dominion Energy Charity Classic is widely recognized for its philanthropic impact, raising funds for regional charities and supporting initiatives across Central Virginia. The event combines championship-level golf with community engagement, corporate hospitality, and fan-focused experiences such as the Copper River Lounge.

Southern Tide’s continued partnership with the tournament reflects a shared appreciation for the game of golf and the lifestyle that surrounds it. As a brand rooted in coastal-inspired design and performance-driven apparel, Southern Tide aligns naturally with events that celebrate tradition, sport, and community.

With the 2025 tournament marking its 10th edition, organizers have announced upcoming changes for 2026, including new sponsorship and potential venue updates. Southern Tide looks forward to continuing its involvement in events that bring together players, fans, and communities through the game of golf.
