Can I have my order gift wrapped?
We currently don’t offer gift wrapping services. However, you can purchase exclusive Southern Tide gift boxes on our website to add a special touch to your gift!
How do I guarantee my gift will arrive before December 24th?
To ensure delivery before December 24th, please place your order by the following dates:
- Ground Economy: 12/13
- Ground & Home: 12/17
- Two Day: 12/19
- Next Day: 12/20
How can I track my gift order?
Once your gift order has been processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can check on the status of your delivery from that email.
What if I don’t know the recipient’s size?
Not sure about sizes? No problem! If the recipient needs a different size, they can exchange the item within our return policy. If you’re still unsure, gift cards are always a great option for them to choose exactly what they want!
How do I return or exchange a gift?
Received a gift that doesn't quite fit? No worries!
Visit our gift returns portal within 30 days of purchase, or for orders placed between Oct 15–Dec 24, returns are accepted through Jan 31, 2025. Simply enter the buyer's email address and the original order number, and we'll send you an e-gift certificate to help you find something you'll love.

Are there any restrictions on gift returns/exchanges?
Gifts purchased from our website are eligible for returns or exchanges as long as they are not a fragrance item or marked as final sale. If you are giving a gift, be sure to share the order number and your email address with the recipient so they can easily exchange or return the item if needed.
Are there an extended window for holiday returns?
Yes! Orders placed between October 15, 2024, and December 24, 2024, qualify for extended returns through January 31, 2025. You can start your return by visiting our returns portal and following the instructions provided.
If you’re placing an order as a gift, make sure to share the order number and email address with the recipient so they can easily exchange it or return it for in-store credit if needed.

Each shipping address requires a separate order, so you’ll need to place an individual order for each destination. But don’t worry—it ensures everything gets to the right place!
Do you offer international shipping for holiday orders?
Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. While we don't ship internationally just yet, we hope to offer more shipping options in the future!
Can I have my order gift wrapped?

Can I edit/cancel my order?
Orders cannot be edited once placed. To cancel, please contact customer service within 12 hours of purchase. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, cancellations are not guaranteed. If we are unable to cancel your order, you can return or exchange the items once they arrive, provided they are not marked as final sale or fragrance items.
Can I use more than one discount code?
Our checkout system only allows one discount code per order. If you have multiple codes, simply place separate orders to use them all!

Yes! We offer complimentary returns and exchanges for eligible items, excluding those marked as “Final Sale.”

How long before I see my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days once your return is received at our warehouse. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your refund is on its way!
Can I send back items from different orders together?
Yes, you can combine multiple items in one return package!
For items from different orders, set up a return for each order through our online portal and include all extra labels inside the package. Just attach one label to the outside of the box, and you’re good to go.
