    Excellent Customer Service

    I received the shirt in the wrong size in my order. I called the help desk expecting an argument and the run around. What I received was the complete opposite. The representative assisting me was the most pleasant and helpful customer service agent I have ever dealt with. Within 60 seconds, she assessed the situation and not only credited me with the price of the shirt but added some to it for good measure. When we hung up, I ordered the correct size shirt plus four additional articles simply because the service was so excellent. Southern Tide has changed the game in a world where customer service often leaves you frustrated and angry.
