    Bought a gift - Asked can I get a gift receipt if sizes don’t work…associate said of course - Got a gift receipt- size didn’t work they went to exchange the size and per the associate your “system” is the customer has to return the item and repurchase the item- so my gift was not a gift and I was embarrassed and I have been telling anyone and everyone how messed up your “system” is - oh and the kind associate hung up and laughed at me when I was upset and called the store because I was embarrassed by the situation- great customer service
